Terrible service from this company fell through the roof of my trailer and another guy actually fell off the roof now and hey have blocked my number so I can’t call him hem and they refuse to fix the holes in my roof now
Worked with Cheryl to coordinate our insurance claim from the August 2024 hailstorm. She was professional and helped me throughout the process. It was also great meeting her in person as well as Kimberly in the office.
I was hit by a hail storm in the middle of a conditional sale on my house. The roof needed to be replaced before possession date or the buyers financing would not be approved. I called Southern Roofing and explained my situation, they told me they would be able to complete the work in the timeline, despite it being peak roofing season. I had great communication from the project manager, roofing team, and bin company. They completely removed my stress of the situation and I was very happy with the work.
I was hit by the Hail last August 2024. My insurance gave me multiple options of Roofing companies to choose from, and I ended up choosing Southern. Since day 1, the whole process was perfect, with clear communication and set expectations.
