I tried at first to give them a good review even though it took several months to replace a roof tarp of mine they threw away but because they replaced it I gave a good one but now after learning somethings and having issues I have to change it. Ididn’t know much about the roofing process so I believed some things I was told that wasn’t true. Aaron Howell from the Dyersburg SR&R did an outstanding job with the full process of having a new roof put on. He oversaw the project from start to finish and with others there got the insurance to pay on my roof. I feel they did an excellent job top to bottom and would highly recommend them to anyone. Ask for Aaron Howell and you will see what I am talking about, he goes the extra mile to make sure to get the insurance to pay and that the customer is happy when they are done.
Aaron was very professional in assessing the damage, dealing with the adjuster, and overseeing the job as a whole. The price was competitive with the best materials with more than enough nails per shingle.The crew did a great job with tearing off the old and putting on the new and very quick with a good clean up. Would recommend!
