My builder chose this company to install the roof on our new build, and in less than five years, we experienced a ceiling leak. They came out to repair it, but the same area started leaking again in less than a week. To make matters worse, they initially tried to charge for a second visit to fix the same unresolved issue until I pushed back and complained. The absolute worst company. Started removing shingles Immediately upon arriving. Had no permission to do any work whatsoever. None of them speak English.
Has repaired the same place twice under my builder's warranty the first time and pay out-of-pocket the second time and it is now leaking a third time. Would not recommend. I had to hire a different company to do the work correctly and pay out-of-pocket a second time to fix their poor-quality original work and both "fixes".
German, Elaine and David were wonderful in standing behind their vendor's quality of shingles when I had some manufacturers defect on my six year old roof they had installed in 2019. It's 2025 and it's amazing that a company still stands by their work, by their vendor's quality and you can depend on them for responsiveness and service. Our builder, Dr. Horton chose this company to install the roof. After 1.5 year, after a windy night, half the shingles were blown off. Inspector confirmed that they did bare minimum just to call if a roof, from missing nails to improper installation. Avoid this company if you can. Don't know why they're still in business.
