German, Elaine and David were wonderful in standing behind their vendor's quality of shingles when I had some manufacturers defect on my six year old roof they had installed in 2019. It's 2025 and it's amazing that a company still stands by their work, by their vendor's quality and you can depend on them for responsiveness and service. Our builder, Dr. Horton chose this company to install the roof. After 1.5 year, after a windy night, half the shingles were blown off. Inspector confirmed that they did bare minimum just to call if a roof, from missing nails to improper installation. Avoid this company if you can. Don't know why they're still in business.
I had a new roof put on my new build house in 2018. I upgraded to the 30 year shingles as well. In 2024, I found a leak. The company advised that their warranty is only 2 years. I know 6 years is a good amount of time, however when you have a 30 year shingle warranty and a new roof, you don't really expect to have to deal with a leak after 6 years, especially when their website says "We back all of our roofs with a workmanship guarantee".
I’m very disappointed with this roofing company. They have a poor warranty policy—only two years on workmanship—and after just three years, our roof has already started leaking. In a state like Texas, where storms and high winds are common, a longer warranty is essential for peace of mind. They should seriously reconsider their warranty terms to provide better support to their customers. Unfortunately, the customer service has also been very frustrating.
