My best friend of 11 years passed away in his sleep the day after my birthday I was lost, this was the only place to bring his body on a Sunday morning for that I am grateful. The expeditious, caring and compassionate staff from admission to discharge was above and beyond. Positive yet realistic by all staff. How River, my beautiful golden retriever was loved, meant so much to me! I was thoughtfully and respectfully included in the entire process pre and post-operatively. We are very happy with the care. Everyone is a 'Rock Star' and we highly recommend Southern Rockies Animal Emergency. What I appreciated most is the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Terrible experience. My dog needed ER vet care after hours so I called first to make sure they could take her. I was told yes and to bring her in. It was quite a process to even get her there because she wouldn't walk on her own and was in pain so lifting a 65lb dog gently was hard. She was taken to a room and 20 minutes later a tech came in and said they started diagnostic testing but I would need to take her elsewhere.
