absolute horrible experience, had my ears cleaned with water which was infected with something, left huge chunks of debris in my ear and also gave me an ear infection with massive swelling and a fungus infection. not a fun time to spend your weekend up at the hospital in pain. wouldn't reccomend.
Rang for an appointment, very understanding and received appointment time that afternoon. Greeted by reception staff professionally and warmly. Treated within 10 minutes of appointment time with follow up wound treatment advice. Great professional service!
