I have been a patient here since 1978 and I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The doctor's all seem to know what they are doing.
Had a good medical consultation, but expensive for a gp. Then the doctor screwed up the prescription, said to continue the medication if the symptoms persist and that there was a repeat. Went to the pharmacy, no repeat on the script, called the gp office and that doctor was away so the best option was to book another appointment and pay for a new consultation with another doctor. I guess this is how they make their money. There are other gps in Albany, maybe more ethical ones. Try visiting them.
Simply wrong diagnosis.
