I normally would not write a bad review but my recent interaction has me upset. Each year my job provides a wellness check which there is no co-pay. My last wellness check was 12 months ago. I am currently on BP meds and realize I had no refills (down to my last pill) I called to set up an appointment and to also get my refill. I was told, I had a balance (co-pay) outstanding. My daughter (6) had a vaccine appt yesterday & Mrs. Ashley was so nice & fantastic, she made my daughter feel comfortable & was awesome at administering the shots!! First time my daughter has never cried getting them lol so thank you for that. Dr. Vaez gave my child her checkup and was fantastic as well, super nice & made my daughter feel comfortable & even did the knee reflex check twice bc my daughter thought it was fun!
