The resident physician Dr. Seifert was absolutely amazing! Robercina was amazing as well. She helped me so much and with no hesitation. As a person with a disability, they both made me feel seen and heard. I still felt like a human being and like a lady. I appreciate them from the bottom of my heart. This was the best experience I’ve had at this office and in general.
Sparkle was my nurse, she did an amazing job, and gave me stickers and suckers

My visits are always great, with the exception of today. Please do something about sending the link to check-in early and accepting payment. I was on time to my appointment and used the provided link in a text message. At which it tell you when done, you are checked in. Not the case. Since it’s not stated you have to scan the QR code as well, I was never checked in!! Resulting in me “missing” my appointment and having to reschedule.
