If you are poor and trying to fix your heat yourself because 20 degree weather don't bother with Southern Refrigeration they will not sell parts to you. The employees were nice but told me they are not allowed to sell to a homeowner. Just order it online and hope your family doesn't freeze before the part comes.
Great team of guys that are willing to get you anything it takes to get your equipment up and running in a short amount of time.
