I had been having issues with my irrigation system for months. I was told a couple different things by different people as to what might be wrong with my system . Nobody would come out to look at , diagnose or repair the system nor would they return my call for scheduling as everyone is swamped.I found Southern Rain and at this point in time I was badly in need for the system to be repaired as I was going out of town and would not be able to water my lawn . Noel has been my “ go-to” for nearly 25 years. I had another person doing some stone work try to repair the system they had to uproot. The fix was not completely adequate. The zones were switched with other fixes I was told they could do but I found their fixes were not correct. Noel came to my rescue and set my irrigation system back in working order. I will never again call Southern Rain to service my system. Moved into a new home that had a system with a leak. Southern Rain replaced one of the supposedly leaking valves which did not fix the leak. Noel also recommended adding a backflow valve sometime in the future. I told him that was probably a good idea and left it at that. He said it would probably cost about $350. I have been working with Noel for many years. He is reliable and shows up when expected. He also recommends only the work you need, no extras to drive up the bill. He also replaced our worn-out system with one that we control with our phone. This is great if we are away and the yards needs a little more water. Noel knows his business and is great to work with.
