Wasted 20 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to answer my call. Listened to all that idiotic outdated covid precautions.. Went to another clinic.
From first phone call and follow up calls about referrals the reception was brilliant and very friendly. Dr Quin has been amazing and very proactive with my father and her team support her ( Michelle ) have all been brilliant and attentive. They called me after hours to make sure I was aware of all updates with my father too. Extremely caring and thorough and I’m very grateful during an emotional and stressful time. Thank you
