A few years ago...these cons took my Application and App fee on a rental that was already rented. Then would not answer the door knowing they ripped me off. Reported to the BBB and Consumer affairs.
Patient with me during difficult times, quick communication and repairs when needed. Apps and online access for communication, renters insurance and reporting issues make things very convenient.
I have been renting from Southern Property for almost 4 years, Steve and all employees are very quick to address any problems and take care of asap,l recommend them highly!!! Thanks to all at Southern Property
