I went to this doctor a few times and was very pleased. I moved out of state but loved the professionalism. I recommended my sister to your office, hopefully she would have the same experience.
I don't know what's going on, if they got busier but nobody ever answers the phones which I'm confused because shouldn't there be someone at the front handling phones and check-ins?? Usually, when people call, there is always someone that's available to answer the phone. All I wanted was to try to see if can reschedule my appointment and move the date up due to my job and that's becoming difficult to even do smh.
