I had an appointment here back in 2025, they were doing a blood draw, I told the lady to stop multiple times that I didn’t feel good and she kept going and I passed out. They didn’t even get enough of a sample to finish the tests. When speaking to the office they said they would waive my bill. My doctor is effective and thorough. However, I will likely switch facilities because it’s hard to reach them. They don’t answer the phone. They send the prescriptions electronically so you’d assume it’s faster than getting a print out and taking it to the pharmacy yourself. That’s not the case. They don’t call it over so if you leave there and need to follow up, you are out of luck. You won’t be able to get anyone to pick up the line. I would give this facility a better rating if they ever answered the phone I shouldn't have drive up there for basic things like reschedule an appointment. The office staff doesnt even have the ringer on. Watched someone call while standing at the desk phone didnt even ring.
They do tests to find out what's going on. I found me a doctor that really cares.
