Bad customer service, always the have a issue, They don't answer the phone and don't send prescriptions when they're supposed to. A terrible experience.
This was my second visit with SPC, and I am very pleased with how I am treated. 2/6/25 my third appointment and I am completely satisfied with my treatment so far. I'm truly appreciative of the staff they're very helpful and my primary provider Ms.Bales is amazing, she is very concerned about her patients and never leave them needing, speaking for myself she's the "BOMB"
