I got some bids for a new roof and I chose Southern Pride Roofing. Why do you ask because Troy and his crew answered the call. I live in Colo and my rental is in Wilmington. Troy couldn't have been any better. His work ethic, professionalism and his patience. (lots of texting and call .) Troy and his crew finished the roof in one long day!! Awesome! Called about my attic fan squeaking and they can within two hours to fix. Also asked about my roof as l was seeing peeling paint. They could have sold me a new roof but told me every looked good. Huge relief. Thank you so much.
Troy was quick to return my call, assess the issue and make only the necessary repairs for what I feel was a fair price. I will definitely call him for any other roof repairs as well as when it needs replacing!
