We have 2 at Henry County Shrine Club. We cooked 900 Boston Butts and 150 Turkeys in 2018 when I was President.

We loved our smoker and it was stolen! We make our living from smoking meat in one of these wonderful machines, and just like that, it’s gone! We are devastated!

I bought a used 2005 SPK 500 in February 2018. I have used this smoker exclusively since then. The capacity is great along with the reliability and even cooking temperatures. I have just surpassed 800 pounds of whole wings in the last 9 weeks alone! Awesome smoker!
