Had to deal with Sam, it was a year full of lies, fast talk, and no repairs. The landlord actually ended the agreement with them, according to her she wasn’t receiving all of her funds from when we moved in and was receiving payment late therefore the mortgage was paid left. She passed away and then out of nowhere here comes Sam a month later saying that a termination contract was NEVER signed and he illegally approved it.
