I want to thank James and Michelle with Southern Power Generators for their professionalism on installing my unit on such short notice. I called James on January 22, 2026 for an install due to the projected ice storm headed our way, and within the same day, James and team was able to install my unit. The install was clean. Thank you

A review will not do justice to the FANTASTIC experience we have had with James and Southern Power Generators but here's my best shot. We have a Generac generator that we never fully activated after another company installed it several years ago (out of sight, out of mind.) I am happy to give the highest rating to James and Southern Power Generators. James installed 2 22KW generators for me at both my son’s and my house. On time, expertly installed and site left clean. Based on the reviews, this company must truly do really good work — unfortunately, we’ll never know. Our interaction today was frustrating and disappointing. Although the representative we texted with was responsive and seemed to be trying to help, we were unable to get a confirmed service date — only a vague “possibly sometime next week.” Despite that, we were asked to prepay in full before being scheduled at all, which is unreasonable.
