Excellent company to work with! Contracted them to add an additional landing and stairs off of a builder grade deck. The turnaround time from quote to finished job was less than two weeks! Great communication from the team in person and via email. Not only does the final product look great, but they also fixed some structural concerns on the existing deck free of charge. We got quotes from other companies and by far Southern Porch came in with the most competitive price.
Great experience with Rodney and their work. They are responsive, professional, on-time and transparent. Rodney gave me a quote from their website on the same day I submitted the request. After I responded to that email, we discussed details and scheduled a site visit. He was on time, courteous and efficient. He had the patience to explain the process and didn't rush. Kevin and the Southern Porch Company are superb. Kevin transformed our 15 year old deck (rarely used), into a beautiful open deck and a fabulous screened-in covered porch with an exquisite stone fireplace, that is now an outdoor oasis.
