Very knowledgeable and friendly
The staff in Bristol has been wonderful to work with. They had the hoses I needed to fix my pool lines. Offered further assistance if needed.
I can’t say enough great things about them! First of all, they actual answered the phone and NICE when they greeted me. Second, they came out next day to evaluate the problem. Chris, who was extremely nice and professional, looked at what needed to be repaired and said he would call me back within the hour to let me know what parts needed to be ordered. Little to my surprise, he showed up THE SAME DAY and fixed my issue!! He even gave little tutorials and I was very thankful.
dropped me after i had questions about what appeared to be a missed service appointment. they claimed they performed the service but the film at the surface and floating debris all over told a different story. it’s fine if you didn’t get to it, just man up and admit it. instead they just sent me a note saying they can no longer service the address. no further explanation provided. terrible and unprofessional.
