We are relatively new to Virginia and are beyond happy with the service and professionalism of Southern Plumbing of VA. Their technician Aaron B. has been an incredible help every time he has visited. He is always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of our questions and offering great advice. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. Southern Plumbing of VA has earned our trust and will definitely be our go to plumbing company moving forward!

Southern Plumbing of Va was able to take my call and get their team over here same day. I imagine they aren't always that quick, but am thankful that they were able to work me in. The plumbers were courteous and took quick action to solve our issues and deserve five stars. Southern came out, assessed the issue and then gave me a quote. I appreciated that they took a look before quoting me.

If you don’t get your service done by these guys, you’re doing it wrong. I had a major situation that was going to put me in thousands of dollars of debt with one company. After explaining the situation to southern plumbing, and telling them what the other company was telling me, they assured me they were able to complete the job at a much better price (and they did). Well pump failed on a Saturday evening. On call Tech came that night and completed a temporary fix until entire well pump and system could be replaced on Monday. Additional problems with well surfaced on Monday morning. Crew returned on Tuesday and it was up and running. A VERY expensive repair. Crew was knowledgeable and professional. I was kept informed via text with updates and pricing. I would recommend this company.
