Horrible customer service I called to cancel a order I placed last night. Gave the agent the name and order number. She said she was going place me on a brief hold and just hung up. What kind of customer service is that? It will be the first and last time I ever order from your company. I contacted fedex to return the item and guess I'll be hung up on when mentioning a refund huh? Get people who driven toward the job and not paycheck appointed.
