5 stars for Caleb, super nice and patient. He couldn't help me, but tried like the dickens to do so. Great asset for Southern Pipe.
Passing through town. Trying to do some punch work. Had some problems. Couldn't figure it out. Not only did these guys take the time to help me but they went above and beyond. I would never use any other plumbing supply company other than this one if I am ever in town and I recommend these guys highly an amazing company with excellent customer service and Superior knowledge of the parts and trades. Just an all-around exemplary company
if zero stars was an option! the person that ordered our plumbing for a new construction, screwed us, the quote had everything on it correctly, so we thought it would be right, turns out she didn't order some stuff and ordered wrong of other stuff- costing us more money and it is not returnable without a restocking fee!! she obviously did not know what she was doing!!
Called to order parts for my wife to pickup for me to bring to Texas. The man was very rude and hung up on me twice. I thought the first time was an accident so I called back just to get hung up on again. Terrible supply house with bad customer service.
They do not stock culverts, he has to order them, which takes about a month to get.
