Walked in for some advice & directions. Ended up leaving very uneasy on how I was spoken to. Poor customer service... if you've been doing this for 30 years. You should know the customer is always right. Funny how I found exactly what I wanted down the road at Guidry's hardware. They were helpful and were not rude..
They were able to find an old part for my kitchen sink and even got it replaced under warranty. I don’t need plumbing supplies often, but this will be my first stop going forward.
