I had an overall pleasant experience at this office with my wife. We saw Dr. Richberg, which he was amazing. My wife has been going through a lot and the care and support we felt was great! I do however want to specifically make a shout out to Stephanie in the lab! She showed so much understanding and compassion to my wife and our situation. I saw Dr. Byron for most of my pregnancy and he was great! When I went into labor the midwife Lauren Carriker, who I had only seen once before, was who I was assigned. If I could go back and tell myself anything it would be to ask for literally any other provider. The pitocin increase was so rapid my contractions went from being minimal to extremely painful, Lauren offered no sound advice on how to proceed. I have truly had a wonderful experience at this location. Dr. Richberg, Dr. Malice, and Lauren the midwife were so professional, knowledgeable and courteous during my prenatal visits. The wait was usually about 10-20minutes total depending on day and time of visit. Some days the office is packed with people, some it’s almost empty and I’m in and out in less than an hour.
If I could give zero stars for a rating I would! My daughter in law (who is a heavy set young woman) is pregnant with her first child! She was denied because she is a larger woman? Since when do health care professionals deny prenatal care because of your weight! I am highly disappointed. She had been trying to get in touch with them for a month now and just got this! I’m so upset for her!!
