I truly didn’t have a pleasant experience here at all. I waited over an hour to see my provider however I will say she was worth it and very informative! However I had other issues, one was with the rude secretary to the provider which was Dr Kantorowski. (That attitude of “I am better than you” doesn’t work well with me.) And most importantly the denial of filling out FMLA paperwork for my OB appointments In which my job is requiring. I recently had my first visit with the midwife Lauren. She was amazing and very receptive of my questions. The nursing staff I encountered had positive attitudes and were very friendly. The front desk staff were also very nice and welcoming.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism at this office. Every time my wife has an appointment, the front desk staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and disrespectful toward her. This type of behavior is completely uncalled for, unacceptable, and unprofessional—especially in a setting where patients should feel supported and cared for. I had an overall pleasant experience at this office with my wife. We saw Dr. Richberg, which he was amazing. My wife has been going through a lot and the care and support we felt was great! I do however want to specifically make a shout out to Stephanie in the lab! She showed so much understanding and compassion to my wife and our situation.
