Seem to never answer the phones and when they do the staff is rude and disrespectful. Haven't even been able to schedule an appt due to lack of communication. I'm on my 4th unexpected pregnancy and just want an appt that's all. I have called 3 days now and nothing from Friday to today. I loved the other office but now it seems like all these new branches are absolutely terrible. Hopefully I will have better luck soon.
One of the nurses is extremely rude and insensitive to infertility matters. She mentioned my age and said that I shouldn’t be in any rush without knowing any of my medical history. I like Dr. Lowery and that’s the only reason I’m giving another star to this clinic.
Rude receptionist, asked her to put me on the waiting list and she started being rude as if i was bothering her for doing her job.
I have to give 5 stars just for Dr. Richburg! He was so gentle and made sure to tell me everything he was doing. He was very friendly, nice, and answered every question I had. The rest of the staff was friendly too. The only thing I didn't enjoy was that the rooms seemed pretty old but that's not a big deal. Thank you everyone I look forward to future visits!
