If I could give this place -10 stars, I would. This apartment complex is NOT family or kid friendly. It seems like children are expected to stay inside 24/7 because they're not allowed to simply be kids and play outside. Sidewalk chalk? Don't bother buying it. Bikes? Might as well leave them at the store. On top of that, communication from management is absolutely terrible. Getting a response is difficult, and residents are often left in the dark. If you’re looking for a family-friendly place to call home, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Residents should also be aware that Amazon and other package deliveries left outside for more than a couple of hours can result in written violations. The number of fines and fees that can be assessed is frustrating, and in my experience, disputing them has been nearly impossible. Please do not move in here if you have kids. The office manager and building staff do not make it easy for families to live here, even though many of the residence have children. They will write you up and fine you for sidewalk chalk. This is not an exaggeration. We did not have any problems with the owner of the unit, or the unit itself, the HOA and complex staff are the problem. Writing to help families that might be thinking of moving in!

Management in this place is the worst, the lady that works at the office is incompetent, never solves. So if you want to get upset every day rent here, other wise, save yourselves a headache.
