Impossible to contact them when you need them most. Usually their phone lines are busy. Its been two days since Hurricane Sally and I have YET to see a single line truck anywhere near my neighborhood. I understand it's a natural disaster but come on.. seeing 4 line trucks and 1 white work truck sitting at a gas station FOR HOURS DOING NOTHING.. it doesn't really endear this company to me.
