They showed up on time and the Tech took the time to explain the process, very professional. He would recommend them to our friends and neighbors. We haven't seen any bugs in a while which makes my wife happy.
The absolute worst service I have ever received from a company. The day we signed up for the service, the salesman told us that we would be able to get out of the contract at any given point. We could cancel at anytime, no questions asked. Well we tried to cancel our contract three weeks later and they told us that canceling was not an option. They said you have three days from the time you sign the contract to cancel. They will not budge, nor do they care that their sales techs are out telling customers false information. T... read more
