Found a Groupon and couldn't wait to have the service done. Scheduled for 2:00 pm on Monday. I get a call at 12:00 to inform me that if I didn't make it home by 12:15 the exterminator would leave and I would be charged. When I called to confirm my 2:00 I was told that I made a mistake and Groupon would gladly give me my money back. I didn't want the hassle so I rescheduled for Wednesday at 11:00.
