RecommendedI have seen quite a few negative working posts and I thought I would give my experience. This is not an easy job. The training makes that known and most people cant make the commitment or the sacrifice to work here. I say it is a sacrifice because it is. Do NOT work here. They treat their staff like absolute garbage. The pay is decent and they expect that to be enough to keep their staff. They have absolutely zero concept of a work/life balance and will frequently force their employees into unpaid OT. Management is on a constant ego trip and loves to “whip it out” with employees in a show of power. They are so nasty that I had to post this from a fake account for fear of retribution.
