If you like true southern comfort food I highly suggest trying Southern Palate. Mrs. Angie can definitely cook and the place was packed yet everyone waited very patiently and I know why cause them fried pork chops were the bomb. And she has the best sweet tea I’ve ever had!!
The food is amazing and the atmospheric here is like being at a family get together.
I know Im going to eat good when go! Enough said.
I am all for small local businesses , while some of the food was great (corn bread was burnt… not enough oxtails for the price & collard greens had a weird taste to them. ) Their music was so loud it was difficult to order without having to repeat it multiple times. & even then my order was not made correctly.
