Another fine example of the trash Healthcare we have here in Bay county. I went to this office months ago. They told me I should wait to get an mri until my insurance authorization was fixed and covered 2 sections of my back. Called them yesterday since it was finally fixed and the front desk lady told me that they don't do them together. I have to make seperate appointments and seperate mris. Thanks for wasting the last few months because this office doesn't know what they're doing
Dr. Julia Hales went over all X-rays and scans with me in great detail. She listened and answered all my questions. She is knowledgeable, professional and kind. Months ago I went in limping and holding back tears now I am happily back to myself. Top notch doctor! The office is staff is amazing!
