I was under this provider’s care for a serious cervical spine issue (C4–C7) and had been working toward a possible fusion. After months of treatment and a scheduled follow-up, I was contacted just one week before my appointment and told they were no longer accepting VA patients due to going private. I was in a terrible horse accident where the saddle fell off the horse; the most painful experience of my . I broke two ribs and had several Bulging disc. I will say the staff and team of doctors so courteous and helpful,. I’m very grateful that I was able to find such an accommodating, and understanding doctor and nurses. Stars 5 . My husband was a patient here, and I’m extremely disappointed with how this clinic handled his care and billing. A year after his visit, they suddenly sent a bill for services that he had already paid for in full at the time of his appointment. We still had the receipt, and it clearly shows what was paid. Yet they tried to charge him again, an entire year later. This is unacceptable.
