Went to get a car and got one with wonderful service. Ty y’all.
I have never been treated with more disrespect. People who are in customer service over the phone have a very few jobs to do . And one of them is not to hang up on a customer. For absolutely no reason . The owner reached out after my view on Google. My name would not be in their records because the representative I spoke with did not ask for my name nor answered the phone introducing themselves. Of course no employee is going to admit to having this conversation because it wouldn't benefit them.
I hope this business is so busy and doing excellent. Because when I called I was given the worst customer service any body can get . An I didn't do anything but ask a question. Hope he dosent stay in his field long and no I would never by a part from this company if my car depending on it.
