I went in just last week for my 9 am appointment and to check in at 830. I arrived a bit late like 840 but I had to drive 1 1/2 hours to get there and traffic was a bit slow. I had some more forms they wanted filled out in the office after I had checked in online. One of the forms IMHO was saying that I could not refuse treatment from anyone in the office based of most DEI stuff. While I am a live and let live person.
