Steve is the most thorough, clear, and efficient inspector we could ever hope to run across. Not only do they point out issues (with descriptions and photos to help the clients literally 'see' the issue), but Steve is a natural problem solver, and directed us in a way that helped us rank problems to prioritiuze them, plan action steps, and find solutions. We unequivocally recommend Southern Oregon Home Inspections.
Adam was the Inspector for a property that I was about to purchase. He gave a very detailed, wide ranging, and thorough report. Even though his inspection was only visible, his skilled eyes were able to identify many faults and workmanship issues in the home that could have cost many thousands of dollars to remedy.
