They were recommended by our realtor. We are located in Eagle Point. I was impressed how thorough and knowledgeable in all the critical categories of inspections they cover. Adam took all the time I needed to get every question answered and I had several regarding inspected items that were not up to acceptable standards. Plumbing, electrical, roofing, foundations, windows, doors, insulation, HVAC systems, building codes. Wouldn’t consider another home inspection company as long as this company is in business.

Adam was the Inspector for a property that I was about to purchase. He gave a very detailed, wide ranging, detailed, and thorough report. Even though his inspection was only visible, his skilled eyes were able to identify many faults and workmanship issues in the home that could have cost many thousands of dollars to remedy. This is the second time I have used Southern Oregon home inspections , Very satisfied both times with the professional service from all involved , Bree, who is very thorough and professional over the phone , Thorin , same thing ,very thorough and professional , Adam , same again, he was obviously there to learn from and assist Thorin . There prices are reasonable and competitive I got other bids that were much more expensive , I received a video with a complete explanation in writing of what the video shows ,
