Terrible lack of communication. Never called to update status of our schedule. Instead waits for me to call him, then lists 5 excuses as to why it’s delayed instead of letting me no.
Very bad experience, I was giving a quote and set up a day to do it. Then I received no information or updates on the day that it was suppose to get done. I was told 3 different times that he would be out and on those days i had to call to find out what going on and i recieved the same exscue everytime. Very bad communication, and non professional
