Great doctors, very happy to have my kids here
Incredibly impressed with the patient care at SOCPA Ladera Ranch. From the schedulers, to the phone nurse, the nursing staff and physicians, my children and I always feel extremely taken care of. I appreciate the urgency that is given in all areas of care. Thank you!
It was a nice waiting room with no wait time. The pediatrician was definitely very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very happy with the CHOC system.
My family been patients of SOCPA since literally the 90s. Dr Chu was my pediatrician (I'm pretty sure we were one of his first family of kids) until I was like 19 and he finally made me see a grown up doctor. I've been taking my own kids here since birth too! My daughter hit close to puberty and wanted a doctor who she felt more comfortable with talking about reproductive health so we found Dr Herrera at the ladera office. We've been patients here for a year. I do not understand why nobody picks up the phone. We ALWAYS wait at least 15-30 minutes for anyone to answer the phone. Does not matter what time of day. It is unbelievably frustrating. Whenever I opt to have someone call me back instead of waiting on the phone we never get a call back.
