Extremely disappointed that I was not told right away my insurance was not accepted, was put in a room for almost 30 mins before seeing the dentist to then be taken to another room to be told they do not accept my insurance and that today's visit would be $80... it felt like entrapment, I pay a lot for my dental insurance and am not going to pay $900 out of pocket for a procedure that my insurance can cover somewhere else. Good doctor good staff, they made a painful experience relatively anxiety and pain free. Which was just the result I wanted.
Dr. Boudreaux and his staff are awesome and amazing people! Once I was there they made me feel like I was at home and comfortable. Once the surgery was over they made sure I was back to normal before they would let me go. They all treated us like family. That evening Dr. Boudreaux called me and texted me checking in on me. Which is awesome! Most people don't care as long as the jobs done and they get their money. Defenatly recommend southern oral and facial!! Thanks guys!
