After many years with Dr. Chong, I still don’t have any problems going back for regular treatment. The doctor and staff are welcoming, polite, and most importantly, knowledgeable and competent. Just be mindful of the charges. My Optometrist refer me to Dr Chong and my initial consultation cost $580. Go through eye testing again which was already done by my optometrist. Half way through consultation Dr left room to attend to someone. Overall not a good experience
I have recently had 2 cataract surgeries after testing at Southern Opthalmology I received extensive testing & explanations of the process. Dr Flax was very thorough with his information & obviously is a skilled & caring surgeon . All staff at the Kogarah practice are friendly and skilled professionals. I have recommended them to several friends.
