Not really sure why the doctor doesn't listen to the patient
My experience at SOEC was lacking in two regards. First was the office manager William. He seems to be a very professional and adequate young man. Until which time he makes a simple mistake that he has either no idea how to or lacks the desire to rectify. I will not give specifics except to say make sure you have your bill right before you pay. The second that I spoke of was the disrespect shown to my wife by not only the afore mentioned William but also the staff that were unwilling to help rectify the situation until which... read more
