I am normally a positive rational person that gives people the benefit of doubt but after how I was just treated, I will say that I am frustrated and incensed. The only thing that can make my experience worse is the insane medical bill that will undoubtedly follow. I wouldn't take my dog to this emergency department if it had gotten run over and there were no other options. The crackhead down the street from my house offers higher quality medical advice and concern for my health.

The ER doctor told me one diagnosis and wrote a completely different diagnosis in the notes, so now I have to get all the tests redone by a competent doctor. I also sat in a room for over 4 hours and not one person came to check in on me.

They were so rude. I tried to get my daughter a Dermatologist referral, for which she really needed. The pediatrician wanted to bad mouth the local dermatologist, proceeded to tell my husband and I how much she didn't like him. Not realizing her personal feelings towards a Dr. is not relevant. The care of my child was. Dr. Rase was the worst Doctor I had ever encountered. My child now goes to a different pediatrician for which she loves and receives excellent care. Dr. Rase is unethical and lacks compassion.
RecommendedDr Stidham is one of the best pediatrician around he answers all of our questions and concerns. I’m so glad me and my husband found him for our son. ♥️
