First I would like to say the day we bought our Hisun Side by Side, the people at this place was great. After the purchase, our side by side tore up three times within a year. It took them forever to fix the side by side and customer service was horrible. I was told numerous times that someone would call me to let me know what was wrong with our side by side and they never called me to inform me of this information. ************** purchased a HiSun side by side unit from Southern Off Road May 12, 2020. His unit was bought in for repairs under warranty on two occasions. The repairs were made as parts were available due to COVID. Although the Customer was given a free service value of $190 because of the time it took to get parts, although that was out of our control. Customer contacted us with a repair issue 5/24/2021. He was notified his unit was still under warranty and to bring in the unit. Customer asked us to purchase the unit back.... read more
