I had to take my 85 year old mother by ambulance to the hospital on Memorial weekend. I want to let everyone know about the exceptional care she was given from the emergency room to being admitted and then released 3 days later. The emergency room doctors, nurses and all the staff truly angels!!! They were all kind and very patient!!! The staff on the 4th floor also amazing!!! Her care was truly wonderful!!! Thank you all for the wonderful care!!!
First review I have ever given,but I was so impressed by everyone on the 2nd floor I had to give SOCH my first. Angela, Kelly,Holly, M…(woman from Poland-sorry)Patrick all of the doctors, and every staff member I was in contact were very professional and compassionate!! If i could put no stars i would. I had a ruptured eardrum. One of the most painful things i have ever went through. Went to the er, waited forever to see someone. By the time I saw the doctor i had blood running down the side of my cheek. He took quick look, told me nothing that ran off. The nurse comes back with nasal spray, Cause im battling a very bad sinus infection. I also work in pharmacy so I kinda know whats up. Again sent home from er . Was told nothing wrong, when handed paper for discharge . We read over work up results. It was clear that something was not right with bloodwork and scans. We asked questions that got no answers . Meanwhile had to return 6 hours later worse then earlier . Now in a hospital up north setting up much needed surgeries
