First review I have ever given,but I was so impressed by everyone on the 2nd floor I had to give SOCH my first. Angela, Kelly,Holly, M…(woman from Poland-sorry)Patrick all of the doctors, and every staff member I was in contact were very professional and compassionate!! If i could put no stars i would. I had a ruptured eardrum. One of the most painful things i have ever went through. Went to the er, waited forever to see someone. By the time I saw the doctor i had blood running down the side of my cheek. He took quick look, told me nothing that ran off. The nurse comes back with nasal spray, Cause im battling a very bad sinus infection. I also work in pharmacy so I kinda know whats up. Again sent home from er . Was told nothing wrong, when handed paper for discharge . We read over work up results. It was clear that something was not right with bloodwork and scans. We asked questions that got no answers . Meanwhile had to return 6 hours later worse then earlier . Now in a hospital up north setting up much needed surgeries
Doctor along with nurses are great at first but the moment you say you don’t have insurance or if you have state, they treat you as if you’re beneath them and send you home with no actual care or refer you to “specialists” and say “everything’s gonna be fine when you get there” as they proceed to extort me for thousands of dollars I don’t have laying around, offices they refer you too also don’t offer payment plans, and want everything up front, they really do care about your health and well being though! lol.
