I had Multiple appointments rescheduled and was told because they had to have a vacation/day off! I’m sorry but that’s not a patients problem! Who ever answers the phones and takes appointments should not be! She was rude and could care less for patients. We also have lives and work and cannot be constantly rescheduled! Would not recommend.
The doctors and staff are top notch! I always feel very happy with the care I receive. I highly recommend Southern OB/GYN Associates.
I was pushed off after 4 ER visits by Dr Armbruster and would never send anyone there with her. She kept telling me my back pain was normal and not to come back. Turns out i needed my gallbladder removed and the back pain was not normal pregnancy pain. My baby’s heart rate was dropping and an ultrasound at another facility send me back there after they refused me. I will never forget the stress pain and worry over my baby as a result of her negligence.
