I've shared a video of an employee that works at this facility that had a violent outrage at McDonald's putting small children at risk of injuries. please look into this matter as the employee should not be allowed to work with patients

Does not care or monitor patients in need or health care, like diabetes. Don't send your lives one here unless they're going to die! smells or urine and poop terriblybyhe further you go in! unsanitary and can not tell who works there , what they do or if they're doing anything at all accept to cash on pm hourly presence!
I spent almost a year here, the nursing staff are the best especially on the Wren unit. Housekeeping staff were great, only problem I had was with the kitchen staff who messed up my meals often.
