I used southern oaks mortgage as my lender this time around. I was not the ideal client I probably was so difficult 1) I had to start the whole pre approval process once I had opened escrow 2) I'm ridiculously busy so had no time to really focus on helping get them all my info Jeff and Cindy went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only did they make everything work out but they did it in 30 days!!!! Talk about a blessing! I 100% recommend using them!
