This place has roaches and they never answer their phone no parking spots unless you reserve one for like $30-$40 a month no dish washers in unit or laundry in unit they upped the price to wash clothes from $1.55 to $2.00 and half the time the washers don’t even work correctly and I then have to spend more of my money to get my clothes clean the people that have kids here let their children run around the apartment complex unattended causing chaos just cause it’s a gated community doesn’t mean you don’t have to be outside wa... read more

Es una cagada no les recomiendo por q no hay estacionamiento te quieren cobrar por todo y les vas a reclamar y no lo resuelven y todavía se dignan en decir q nos estacionemos en frente y no es justo no les recomiendo
Este lugar no sirve para nada , los administradores no resuelven nada . Controlan tu aire acondicionado no hay parqueo aunque vivías allí , si no pagas un reservado de 45 dollar no hay parqueo para ti aunque vivas en este lugar , ellos mismo te dicen que parques tu carro en la iglesia que está cruzando la carretera 44 o en el mercado que está a 2 km del complejo de apartamentos, falta de respeto es lo que son. No lo recomiendo para vivir hay muchos problemas reporta alguna falla en el departamento y no soluciona y otra cosa que esta muy pero muy mal, es que casi no hay estacionamientos libres es un batallar todos los días y si quieres uno para ti tienes que reservar uno con un costo de $30 dolares al mes que la verdad, no se me hace justo que uno tenga que pagar, todos los estacionamientos deberían de ser libres y si reservas uno hay gente que se estaciona ahí y después acaba en problemas y nadie hace nada.
