Garbage place, they are starting to put “reserved” parking spots leaving you nowhere to park unless you buy a spot for $10 a month. Unreasonable and just shady business tactics.
I moved here thinking it was a nice, quiet neighborhood with good surroundings, but after a few months, I really regret it. The upstairs neighbors blast music so loud that my ceiling vibrates-it’s nonstop and extremely disruptive. On top of that, roaches are everywhere, even coming out of the AC vents. To make it worse, my packages constantly get stolen, and there are no security cameras on the property. For a gated community, this is unacceptable. Pésimo lugar, los administradores nunca solucionan nada, no hay parqueo para los residentes y la música del vecino es tan alta que no puedes escuchar nada. No se muden aqui es horrible.
Bullshit apartments. No security, no parking nothing. I moved in about 3 months ago but already wanna leave out. Never seen such useless apartments in my lifetime. All theif are staying all around the apartment. When I order anything it always get stolen. Bullshit apartment. I recommend you all not to stay here.
If they don't fix the ac issue, who wants to come with me to put them on the news channel? This is ridiculous and the fact you have to pay to park. Outrageous.
