Being in these apartments are pretty good. Neighbors are decent and respectful and others mind their business. It's not loud and no gunshots that I have heard and I've been here for almost 3 years. The new leasing management team is awesome. Anytime I have an issue, they are quick to fix it if they can. When I go up there to speak on an issue or any holiday things, my face and name is remembered and that makes them feel like family. Update.. been meaning to update this for a while now. With everything below being true after my review, let’s just say I was discussed with other tenants Male tenants. That was my neighbors. I reported about a pitbull /dogs . To keep this short. I was watched while I was there. Miss Lynn had no business discussing me with anyone extremely unprofessional and could have caused me harm. . The application process was simple and the staff is pleasant
I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The leasing office staff is incredibly helpful, professional, and always willing to answer questions or assist with anything that comes up. Maintenance is consistently on time and handles requests quickly and efficiently, which really gives peace of mind. The grounds are always well-manicured and the entire property is clearly well maintained, creating a clean and welcoming environment.
