Just moved here on August 21st through our house shelter and I never leave reviews but this is a honest review I'm ready to leave already,the apartment is beyond nasty when I first moved in here they didn't clean anything at all ,it was a dead roach on my floor I shouldn't have to pick up roaches my first day moving in , it has a really bad smell in my apartment that will not go away at all, the carpets are stained the bathroom looks horrible,the floors is horrible I have a dint in my floor that I literally have to step over... read more

I’ve really enjoyed living at Southern Oaks Apartments. The community is quiet, clean, and feels super comfortable. My apartment is spacious and has really felt like home since day one. But honestly, what makes this place even better is the staff. The office team is always so nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. Any time I’ve needed something or had questions, they’ve been quick to respond and make sure I’m taken care of. The maintenance crew is great too — they show up fast when needed and get the job done. Roaches‼️ I have to be honest I can WAIT FOR THIS LEASE TO BE OVER‼️ Miss Lynn came off really nice in the beginning however it got Different quick! Due to my extreme situation, I needed somewhere to go. I was in the middle of moving most of the apartments around Atlanta ain’t worth crap . I was out of town and had to mail my deposit in.
