The application process was simple and the staff is pleasant
I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The leasing office staff is incredibly helpful, professional, and always willing to answer questions or assist with anything that comes up. Maintenance is consistently on time and handles requests quickly and efficiently, which really gives peace of mind. The grounds are always well-manicured and the entire property is clearly well maintained, creating a clean and welcoming environment. My apartment, which I just moved into is my 1st place. For 1 bedroom its plenty of space for me. Everything worked, and had electricity and heat upon moving in. Lots of paperwork but everything included plus costs was broken down. Even came with a dishwasher, stove/oven and a fridge/freezer. Location is near parks, the library and walking trails. Very nice
