After replacing small rubber part the technician said its all set. I was disappointed when the handle was wobbly even after he flushed it he knew it was loose. Just those little things to complete a job mean a lot.

Called SNHPH about a cracked water line for my fridge, as water from it was leaking into my basement. Brett came in and quickly and efficiently replaced the old with a new one.

I got three quotes for a failed central AC unit and conversion to a heat pump. Theirs was the best. Decided to to go with the heat pump and was totally impressed with the crew. They were very professional, knowledgeable and congenial. Inspection of my existing propane furnace showed cracks in the heat exchanger that would eventually need replacing. They were careful to ensure that I could see the cracks before making the recommendation to replace. Five star, ten of ten in my opinion.
