I can get over waiting the extra hour and a half(so far) for a scheduled procedure, but this one star goes out specifically to the mall cop that thinks it's appropriate to mock people like a child on the job. Did you find this guy on temu, or just order an insecurity officer by mistake? I know the job market is rough right now, but do better by your patients guys.

I am fully aware of how emergency rooms work i know that it's a priority base system but I can't phantom that 6 to 8 hours of turning a blind eye to a patient's agony of sitting in a chair with a leg swollen 3 times the size it should be watching the redness crawling up it and skin so tight that the skin broke open that this doesn't warrant your staff to say let me at least let us get you a wheelchair and prop it up .. instead he has to sit there with it dangling in excurating pain ... it was heartless and inhumane... please... read more

So, as far as the Medical Center goes, I have no complaints; however, before you take advantage of the Towne Center Valer Service consider this. Under the valet services, my car was hit and front bumper/ fender damage was immediately reported b4 I left the entrance. Norm and his manager Andan showed great consideration to me. I filed the paperwork for the claim five weeks ago with Towne Center. I have yet to hear from them and my own insurance company has not been able to reach them. Came to southern at 6 pm sat in th waiting room. Until 9 pm puts me in the back closed the door and Noone came in the room for 7 hrs no dr around and all tje nurses are hanging around joking im never coming here again
