I see all the negative reviews, and I'm astonished. Having been both a patient and a family visitor at SHNMC more than once in the past 43 years, I have nothing but good things to say about the ED, about surgery and the PACU, and about the wards. My wife and I have always been treated professionally, with kindness and honest concern, by all around us. I just brought her home after several days in hospital for spinal surgery. I honestly don’t know what went so miserably wrong for my 11 week old granddaughter today at the ER. We arrived at 2:45 and my daughter left at 7:45. I’m not really convinced it should’ve taken five hours to triage, rule out Covid and other viruses take a urine sample and diagnose a UTI which by the way in a child that young is very serious and should’ve been looked at during the triage probably. Doesn't bother with the basic testing. Careless.
* ( SNH Vascular Vain Surgeons). Doctor's and Staff are Excellent. 2 nd. floor "Specialty Services." 5 Star Excellent Spine Doctor's. Dermatologist, Departments to Radiology. Labs and X-rays. I was well taken care of. I'm grateful. I give 5 Stars. Thank You.
You might want to test your nurses in the ER. A blonde haired nurse was talking outside my room that she still might be intoxicated from the night before. My nurse Emily was talking about how she goes to a pot dispenser in mass. Can’t believe you allow this for your nurses!
