Terrible bedside manners from the nurses and their assistants.
I had surgery yesterday and I received excellent care. From the moment I entered the area for prep to my release, every single person was professional and caring . They were very clear about what was going to happen to me before they preformed any procedure. They were pleasant and always a greeting with a smile. I want to thank the pre op staff, post op PT staff, and the OR staff for the profession and caring treatment. It sure made my day easier and positive.
