I had surgery yesterday and I received excellent care. From the moment I entered the area for prep to my release, every single person was professional and caring . They were very clear about what was going to happen to me before they preformed any procedure. They were pleasant and always a greeting with a smile. I want to thank the pre op staff, post op PT staff, and the OR staff for the profession and caring treatment. It sure made my day easier and positive. Worst hospital even Joe's is bad
How does an Iphone16 magically go missing from an admitted patients room? Absolutely no help whatsoever in trying to locate it..
Almost a month stay and found they are short staffed however staff were care ing . Some staff were rude and I felt overwhelmed and overlooked.. in rehab care now and hopefully able to return home soon. Over all experience 3 ..
I knew things were bad here when Ruth, the NICU nurse, threatened me with security for asking to speak with her superior while trying to feed my son, but I never imagined that they would completely miss and send him home with a brain infection requiring emergency surgery in Boston a day later. Nurses were too lazy to catch a urine sample, so placed a catheter in an infant, twice. If you care about your baby don't take them here.
