Tried to call the primary office and accidentally called the hospital to set up a sick appointment the lady who took my call was very rude, unhelpful and had an attitude and all she needed to do was transfer me to the correct area which was primary doctor in the same area. Normally the staff is nice. The primary care receptionist was nice though

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The NP did not perform a proper exam—honestly, it was the strangest and most minimal physical checkup I’ve ever had. I wait all year for my annual physical, yet the visit was billed incorrectly and I began receiving bills in the mail, even though it was a routine annual exam with no diagnosis or additional concerns addressed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Extremely poor Customer, service, and communication… when they called to make the appointment with me they gave me the wrong address so I went to the wrong location. I was on time so that location (Merrimack) called the Nashua location where I was supposed to be to make sure they would still see me… I was again given the wrong directions and when I arrived at the Nashua location (10 min after they were told I was going to be there) they would not see me.
