I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The NP did not perform a proper exam—honestly, it was the strangest and most minimal physical checkup I’ve ever had. I wait all year for my annual physical, yet the visit was billed incorrectly and I began receiving bills in the mail, even though it was a routine annual exam with no diagnosis or additional concerns addressed. Staff and Doctors are pleasant too.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Extremely poor Customer, service, and communication… when they called to make the appointment with me they gave me the wrong address so I went to the wrong location. I was on time so that location (Merrimack) called the Nashua location where I was supposed to be to make sure they would still see me… I was again given the wrong directions and when I arrived at the Nashua location (10 min after they were told I was going to be there) they would not see me. Easy to park, covered drop off area by the main door, clean, spacious interior, easy to access elevators and restrooms, and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend.
